This is the story of Chiara and Michele, owners of the Fattoria Fiorentino, who for five generations have been passionately cultivating their land and producing durum wheat of ancient varieties, in their small mill and agricultural pasta factory, As per tradition, the wheat becomes fine semolina and then dry pasta.

Chiara and Michele have control of the entire supply chain from the sowing of wheat to the marketing of pasta.
