OUR STORY
Our story began in 1959 on the outskirts of Padua. We are a small Italian company where passion and tradition come together— Dialcos SpA.
For over 20 years, we have been dedicated entirely to creating high-quality gluten-free foods, combining innovation with the authentic taste of Italian cuisine.
From the very beginning, our products have been trusted by medical professionals and were sold in pharmacies, a testament to their safety and quality.
From this vision, Dialbrodo was born—a line of bouillons and granulated seasonings that offers a natural alternative to classic stock cubes, promoting a reduced-fat diet without sacrificing flavour.
Then, in 2006, answering the growing demand for gluten-free pasta, we created Dialsì. With two classic lines and over 20 pasta shapes, we prove that gluten-free can be just as tasty.
