The peculiarity of Sapori Srls products is represented by artisanal pasta  produced with 100% Italian wheat, stone ground and with ancient grains  (senatore cappelli) or produced with spelt flour.

The Cappelli variety of  durum wheat has origins from the early 1900s, not subjected to  modifications, it is preferable for those who suffer from intolerances and  allergies, it is a highly protein grain, rich in fiber and mineral salts but low  in fat, furthermore, the singular height of its stem, which reaches up to  1.80 m. makes the use of pesticides superfluous.

Trace elements present  mainly: Magnesium, Copper and Zinc, important for the functions of our  body as they regulate the function of the muscles, chronic fatigue,  connective tissue (skin and hair) of the immune system, etc.

Farro also has  many fibers, proteins, mineral salts and vitamins of the B group.
