NOVA FUNGHI, is an Italian company leader for over 40 years in preserved products based on Mushrooms, Artichokes and other vegetables, in recent years it has expanded its range with vegetable sauces and dressings. Nova begins producing Sautéed Mushrooms for pizzerias and restaurants.

In the 2000s, it expands its production to include artichokes and other vegetables. It also enters the large-scale retail trade offering a variety of products in oil and without oil both in cans and in glass.
