Arcadia Mandorle is the sustainable synergy between people and nature.
Founded in 2018 by two young visionary farmers, Gianni and Maria Pia, Arcadia cultivates and produces high-quality organic almonds in Manfredonia, Apulia – a unique area at the foot of the Gargano, kissed by sea winds and rich in rocky soil.
Our almond trees, from traditional Apulian cultivars such as Genco, Filippo Cea, and Fra Giulio, are organically farmed with respect for the land and its biodiversity. We harvest by hand at dawn between August and September, selecting only the finest fruits. With limited production, we focus on quality, environmental sustainability, and fair labor.
Our eco-conscious packaging with zip closure ensures maximum freshness, preserving the taste and aroma of our 100% Italian almonds.
Arcadia Mandorle is a young organic farm from Apulia, a wonderful region in Southern Italy. We produce, process and sell organic almonds which stand out for their unique flavor and their artisanal manufacturing.
We guarantee every step of the processing in a sustainable short chain supply from farm to table.
The company belongs to the agrifood sector and covers both the primary production sector, consisting of our organic almond fields, grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides, and the transformation sector, consisting of a laboratory where almonds are carefully selected and transformed with artisanal process.
