Our products result from a careful selection of beans and traditional methods of coffee roasting, in order to offer the experience of an authentic, excellent coffee to each and every customer. Some of our blends have also been awarded with the Gold Medal prize from the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC) through the years.

Our reliable Probat coffee roasting machine is entrusted with the roasting process, along with the use of a modern software to create an easily repeatable roast profile, thus ensuring a high level of consistency between each roast. The roasted beans are accurately checked by our master roasters and promptly air-cooled, to preserve and enhance their specific traits.

The rooms designated to the production and storage of both green and roasted coffee are designed to be in harmony with the product, showing our faithfulness to heritage and craftsmanship.
