Metrology Room: CMS Meccanica Tonon SRL has a metrology room equipped with a Zeiss Contura 2 Portal, capable of measuring with micron precision. Measurement reports are always attached to the special machining operations, ensuring complete traceability of the processes.

Cleaning Room: For some companies in the medical sector, for manufacturers of electronic wafer machines or for customers who require contamination-free components, we offer a dedicated ‘Cleaning Room’ where cleanliness and decontamination are essential requirements.

Since its foundation, our company has based its business and technical DNA on the variety of customers and types of parts produced. CMS Meccanica Tonon SRL operates throughout Europe, with around 80% of our products exported. Our business can be divided into four major sector families:

• Oil & Gas: The Oil & Gas sector is constantly growing and CMS Meccanica Tonon has solid experience in this field. We collaborate with major companies in the sector and produce special components, such as bushings for thermal or nuclear power plants and engine parts for ships.
• Research and Development (R&D): With over 40 years of experience, we work closely with large industrial groups for the production of prototypes. In particular, we deal with precision lenses, wafer production facilities for chips and components for the automotive sector, especially in the field of sports racing.
• Packaging: The packaging sector, similar in part to automation, includes the manufacture of special packaging islands, robot gripper hands and components for bottling lines.
