We design and manufacture custom modular structures in EPS (Sintered Expanded Polystyrene), a high-density, self-extinguishing, and extremely versatile material. Thanks to its lightness and adaptability, EPS enables us to meet all design requirements, offering tailor-made solutions in terms of shape, size, and weight, especially for applications in swimming pools and wellness areas.

EPS is a material of natural origin, processed through artificial means to make it 100% recyclable and non-toxic (free of CFCs and HCFCs). Composed of 98% air and 2% carbon and hydrogen, it has a cellular structure that, once molded, forms compact panels that are lightweight, strong, and easy to install.

Its insulation properties are excellent, providing resistance to moisture, mechanical stress, and environmental conditions. One of its main advantages is its low density—up to 30 kg/m³—which allows the production of modular pools weighing only 250–300 kg/m², compared to 800–900 kg for traditional materials.

Additionally, EPS has low thermal conductivity, offering high energy efficiency and enabling up to four times lower energy consumption compared to conventional spas.
