Founded in 1957, Gavarini was established as a company initially specializing in the  sale of small construction equipment. Over the years, the company has closely  followed the evolution of the construction industry, establishing itself as reference point in the Italian panorama for the sale and assistance of earthmoving machinery. From  the earliest years, the change that would lead construction companies to purchase their  own machinery was foreseen, and this prediction proved successful. 

As time went on, the company grew and extended its offerings, becoming an official dealer  of leading brands in the industry such as Volvo, Yanmar, Bomag, Mecalac, Merlo and  Potain, and also starting rental and maintenance services. The company’s evolution  has followed that of its reference sectors, from construction to road works, from  agriculture to waste management, and even logistics and heavy machinery handling. 

Today, after more than 60 years of experience, the company’s in-depth knowledge of the  industry enables it to fully understand its customers’ needs and direct them to choose the  most suitable machinery, always guaranteeing maximum performance. 

In addition to selling and renting machinery, Gavarini constantly invests in research and  development of innovative solutions. An example of this commitment is the GAPO®, a  self-propelled machine designed for the handling of self-erecting cranes, which is also  used in the handling of roll-off containers, semi-trailers and other static machinery.  This technology is designed to improve safety, work efficiency on the construction site,  enabling companies to revolutionize the handling of the above-mentioned static machinery.
