Nabla Quadro provides IoT sensors for smart mobility solutions. It all started with our patented wireless sensor for vehicle detection called Sky Light Sensor. We now develop and sell many systems for traffic and parking management. Our traffic solutions are used to count vehicles, monitor speed, classify vehicles by length and manage traffic lights. As regards parking, Sky Light Parking Sensor detects bay occupancy and can identify users or vehicles parking in a reserved bay using an identification token.

Vehicle detection is extremely accurate thanks to a combination of three different sensing technologies: ambient light, infrared and magnetic. The sensors are equipped with the most advanced and widespread data transmission technologies in today’s IoT landscape, specifically LoRaWAN, NB-IoT and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). 

Sky Light sensors are installed in the ground but they can be easily removed for road maintenance or equipment servicing. All systems are fully battery powered, allowing for extremely flexible installation options. Nabla Quadro focuses solely on hardware development, choosing not to tie proprietary software to devices and instead allowing customers to integrate data into an endless number of solutions.
