Company Description
Company established in 1999 by the will of Gianfranco Venturelli Mechanical Engineer whose curriculum includes 20 years of work in Ferrari Auto of which the last 6 as Manufacturing Director (plant) 15 years in Lamborghini automobiles of which the last 10 as General Manager and 11 years as General Manager of the VICTORY TEAM owned by the government of Dubai.
The stimulus for the agricultural activity came from his wife Rita and his son Claudio rooted in the traditions of the territory, already in 1976 we introduced the family production of Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar increasing the number of batches started year after year. In 2016 we built the ACETAIA building for the production and aging of DOP as well as IGP vinegars and condiments.
We are therefore a family business where at the moment 6 members of the family of the first and second generation are involved with the prospect of the short inclusion of two other family members of the second generation. our mission is oriented exclusively towards quality and not quantity, we do not supply products to large scale distribution that are exclusively oriented towards such low prices that are an obstacle to quality.
Our Marketing policy, apart from a period of export to Dubai to the Casinetto company during the founder’s residence in Dubai which lasted over 20 years, is based on direct distribution to agritourism guests and vinegar factory visitors who come from all over the world, who in 2024 were over 2500, with shipments all over the world. We note that word of mouth is the origin of numerous orders on our website.
I would like to point out that the relationship with Casinetto started very well, but was interrupted with the arrival of a new purchasing manager who rationalized the high quantity of brands, favoring low-cost ones. I would also like to point out that the founder, being a resident, visited almost all the Italian restaurants and met the Chefs, except for rare cases the Modena balsamic vinegar was present on the table of poor quality and for the addition in some cases diluted with water.
This gave him the opportunity to complain to the Chefs who blamed the food & beverage manager of imposing cheap products.
