Company Description
Tecno-P. Technology was set up in 1981. The company’s focus is on winding systems in the electromechanical sector, and it realizes a series of machines and equipment for manufacturing transformer coils.
Tecno-P. invests in the research and implements new manufacturing technologies, which allow to obtain very competitive execution times and constant guarantee of the finished product quality.
The growing market demand results in a constant evolution of its products and their applied technologies that reach high performance results, thus consolidating Tecno-P.’s position on the international markets.

Tecno-P. designs and manufactures winding machines and equipment for the following categories of transformer manufacturers:
LV dry type transformers
The machines can produce round, oval, rectangular and shaped coils in foil, wire and strip, as well as making winding directly on magnetic core. They are also appropriate to manufacture large reactances. These plants can also be equipped with integral traction (motorization on mandrel and tailstock).
MV cast resin transformers
- For the low-tension, standard machines up to 1600 mm of conductor width are available.
- For the high-tension, the machines allow to manufacture a complete coil directly onto the machine itself. The coil is made of aluminium and/or copper foil and wound directly on the internal part of the cast resin mould.
MV oil filled transformers
Tecno-P. has a wide range of winding machines for foil, wire and strip winding.
All machines can produce coils of different nature and it is possible to supply all the equipment necessary for production requirements.
HV power transformers
Tecno-P. has machines with horizontal winding and complete with strip guide step by step heads and transposed cable, and with decoiler groups which have different conductors that are adjustable vertically and horizontally, as well as sturdy expandable mandrels.
All our winding machines are connected in intranet and internet and can be controlled by remote using a teleassisted monitoring from our company.
