Torrcaffè s.r.l is a wood roasting company with a ten-year experience in the coffee sector based in Parma, the heart of the Food Valley in Italy.

Our company differs from other roasting companies due to our roasting system which uses oak and beech wood from our mountains, thus making the beans more full-bodied and aromatic.

Torrcaffè has always used the wood-fired roasting method to guarantee the highest quality standards using a completely artisan process. It is a delicate phase which requires great skill: every single bean is roasted evenly through precise roasting times to preserve its full flavour and bold aroma. The wood used is a prized combination of black oak and white beech from the forests of the Apennines, all locally sourced and environmentally-friendly.
