The controls used on our machines are designed and manufactured entirely by our company, in collaboration with the most qualified manufacturers of hydraulic components. 

Vecchiato is one the few companies which is able to supply the entire forging plant under a single point of responsibility and with a high level of process optimisation based on its home-made automation software.

The customer needs are our priority and we develop a tailor-made solution using the latest forging technology. Our plants are very compacted in terms of overall dimensions but with higher machine performances in terms of forging speeds and forging accuracy.
