Volga Cosmetics was founded in 2004 from a simple idea, but with deep roots: to give new life to the ancient formulations of the family pharmacy, reworking them with a modern, natural, and sustainable perspective.
This is how, starting from time-honored herbal recipes, we built a laboratory that places quality, ethics, and respect for the skin at its core. Our choice is clear: we do not pursue mass production. Volga works in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and authenticity of the products. Everything originates and grows within our laboratory: from the selection of raw materials to packaging, every phase is monitored, without outsourcing, with attention and consistency.
Alongside our own line, Volga develops and manufactures private label products intended for pharmacies, herbal shops, and wellness centers.
Each product takes shape through an internal process, carefully curated to ensure continuity and quality.
It starts with preparation: the formulations are mixed with care, using machinery that combines precision and artisanal sensitivity. Next, the product moves to packaging, in a controlled and linear process. This direct management allows us to have a complete view of the production cycle, reducing margins of error and thus ensuring safety and consistent quality.
Our formulation philosophy is simple: few ingredients, chosen carefully and wisely processed. For this reason, our formulations are essential, transparent, and sustainable: free from silicones, PEGs, petroleum derivatives, parabens, and allergenic fragrances. The ingredients are selected for their dermocompatible and functional effectiveness: shea butter, argan oil, sweet almond oil, vitamin E, seawater, trace elements, sugar derivatives.
Even the packaging reflects this philosophy: it is minimal because we prefer to enhance the content, not the container.
