FONDA Srl was founded in 2012 with the aim of offering both standard and customized services and aids for people with low vision. Since its inception, FONDA has reached 22 countries around the world and has provided an optical device to over 30,000 people.<\/p>\n
F<\/strong>ONDA specializes in providing advanced optical solutions designed to help individuals maintain their visual abilities, even in the presence of ophthalmic diseases. Specifically, we design, develop, and produce customized eyewear tailored to meet the diverse needs of those at risk of vision loss.<\/p>\n Our patented technology allows us to hold a unique position in Italy’s visual wellness sector. We focus on developing and producing specialized methods and tools aimed at improving the quality of life for patients affected by ophthalmic conditions.<\/p>\n To facilitate the identification of appropriate aids, Fonda creates trial sets that professionals can use when applying aid identification protocols. Proper aid identification also necessitates protocol training.<\/p>\n FONDA is a founding member of the Ligurian Hub for Life Sciences and conducts research projects on wearable technology in collaboration with other companies and the University of Genoa.<\/p>\n As a benefit corporation, our mission includes evaluating the impact our work has on users, caregivers, and industry professionals.
