Ferrarini&Benelli is a company based in Romanengo, in the province of Cremona, that has been designing and manufacturing surface treatment systems (corona and plasma) since 1965.
In the plastic packaging and manufacturing sector, the search for suitable surface treatments is constantly evolving due to the new materials and additives coming onto the market.
Ferrarini & Benelli constantly follows this evolution and collaborates with the world’s leading manufacturers of extrusion and flexible packaging production lines.
Ferrarini & Benelli’s corona and plasma surface treatments increase the wettability of substrates and make them more suitable for printing, gluing or laminating. Mechanical and electronic design, software and hardware are developed in-house.

About Our Products Corona
We manufacture Corona surface treatments for plastic and metallised films, paper, sheets, foil, expanded materials, labels, tubes and other special applications.
The design of corona treaters, the software and hardware of the generators are developed in-house by specialised personnel. This knowledge and expertise, combined with production flexibility allows us to develop tailor-made solutions alongside the customer.
Plasma Treatment
Plasma treatment solves adhesion problems and improves the wettability of three-dimensional plastic objects or small areas of plastic surfaces.
Plasma treatment activates plastic surfaces making them more receptive to inks and coatings, thus ensuring optimal printing and coating.
