At Fonderia L.E.A. srl, we specialize in the production of aluminum die castings using shell molds, based on  customer drawings and requirements, in small to medium series. 

We manufacture aluminum die cast parts in shell molds ranging from a minimum weight of 0.03 grams to a  maximum of 30 kilograms. 

Our production capabilities include: 

∙ Melting: 

o 2 holding furnaces 

o 3 melting furnaces 

o Maximum melting capacity: 1,000 kg/hour 

o Capability to process various types of aluminum 

o 4 casting islands, one of which is robotized, with 8 overhead gravity casting stations o Molds up to 1,300 kg and dimensions up to 100 cm in height, width, and length ∙ Core Making: 

o We design and build all required sand and resin cores in-house. 

∙ Cutting, Deburring, and Sandblasting Department: 

o Equipped with band saws, grinders, sanders, and a robotic cutting system for large-scale  production. 

∙ Warehouse, Final Inspection, and Dispatch Area
